Click and Collect has arrived!



We are pleased to be able to offer you a new free service to collect your online order from the Maidenhead Aquatics website in our stores across Scotland with no minimum spend.

  1. Select your product and find your local store's availability.

  2. Checkout and pay securely online

  3. When the product is ready for collection in the store, we will contact you by email. Please do not make the journey to the store until you have received confirmation from us that the product is ready.

  4. Pop in to store to collect your order when its convenient to you.

Click and Collect is free and is subject to in store stock availability.

Q: What happens once I have placed my Click and Collect order? As soon as you have placed your order, the order will be prepared. As soon as it is ready for collection, we will send you an email and text message to confirm that you can now collect it.

Q: How do I know when I can collect my Click and Collect order from store? You will be notified via email and text to confirm that your order is ready to collect. Please do not try to collect your order until you have received this message.

Q: What communication will I receive for Click and Collect orders? Step 1 - When you place your Click and Collect order you will be receive a Click and Collect order confirmation email. This just tells you that we have received your order and are working behind the scenes to process it for you.

Step 2 - When your order is ready for collection you will be sent an email and text to let you know you can go to collect your order. Please wait for this final communication before going to store.

Step 3 - When you head to store, please bring your ready for collection email or text and make your way to the till area where one of our colleagues will assist you.

Q: What do I need to bring to collect my Click and Collect order? Please bring with you your confirmation email to show our store colleagues when you arrive in store. All you need to do is show the colleague a copy of the email on your phone, no need to print copies.

You will also need to bring proof of ID such as:-

  • the payment card you used for the order, or

  • a current photo driver's licence or passport

Q: Can someone collect my order on my behalf? We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to safeguard you from fraud, they will need

to bring your order number and their own ID.

Q: How long do I have to collect my Click and Collect order? We will hold on to your Click and Collect order for 10 days.

Q: Why is Click and Collect not available for my order? If you’re not given the Click and Collect option on a product page, unfortunately this item is only available in our online store and not in any of our physical stores.

Q: I've lost my order confirmation email or text message - what can I do? Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.

Otherwise, if you were logged in to your online account when you made the purchase, simply sign in and find the order number from the relevant purchase. Make a note of this and bring it to the shop when you collect.

If you weren’t logged in at time of purchase, we may still be able to release your order. Bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode to our team in store.

To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.

Q: I was unable to collect my Click and Collect order, what happens next? We’ll hold your order in store for 10 days after which we’ll return it to our stock and refund your account. This can take up to 14 days.

Q: How can I return my Click and Collect order? If for any reason you need to return your order you can return a Click and Collect order to the store you collected it from.


All our normal Terms and Conditions apply to Click and Collect orders.

Please note that your order may not be accepted if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or you have or we have identified a pricing or description error for the product, or due to circumstances beyond our control. In such a situation, our team will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.

Please also note that where some of our larger items show as having 1 item in stock, this item may be a display item/and although fit for purpose may not be in its original packaging. In this event, one of the team at your selected store will be in contact with you to discuss.
