We are adapting during the current climate to best offer products and services to our customers. Below you will find some guidance for when you are visiting our stores, and a form which you can submit to place a Store Pickup or Local Delivery request if available.

Our Store Pickup service allows you to pre-order your items and one of our team members (wearing a face covering) will take payment via card/contactless using a mobile terminal at a specified area (i.e. car park or rear entrance).
Alternatively, we hope to offer a Local Delivery service in as many locations as possible. There may be a small fee for this.

Visiting Your Local Fishkeeper During COVID-19
We have implemented new measures to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff. We ask for all of our customers to please be aware of these measures and to make allowances for the changes when shopping with us.
The use of a face covering is now mandatory in store unless you are medically exempt. Please ensure your face covering is kept on at all times whilst you are in our stores.
As in many other shops, customer numbers within our stores will be limited and to allow for this you may have to wait in a socially-distanced queuing area at or near our entrances in addition to a queuing area at the entrance to the garden centre.
Customers will then be advised by a member of staff when they are allowed to enter the store. To assist with the limiting of customer numbers we ask for you to shop individually where possible.
Our stores will have spacing and navigation markers and signs to aid customers in finding the products that they are looking for and to aid with social distancing.
Time in Store
It is recommended that customers have an idea of the products that they wish to buy before arriving, prolonged browsing within the store will hold up the flow of customers and mean that customers are in queues for longer than necessary.
Please telephone first to make sure your desired items are in stock before making an unnecessary journey. We can also prepare orders over the telephone for collection. If you are bringing in water barrels for filling please ensure that these are thoroughly sanitised and rinsed of chemicals beforehand.
Our till areas have spaced queuing, as well as screens for the protection of staff and customers alike. We ask that customers pay by card if possible and our contactless limit has been increased to £45. We also accept mobile payment methods like Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.
Please be responsible and respectful to both our staff and other customers, these are difficult times that can be frustrating but we are all in this together and only by working together can we reopen with safe and relatively stress free conditions.
